Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original Katana packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is in its original condition.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
